Avoiding the briefcase-person-AI cliché is the right call, that combo's everywhere. I'd start with the "landing" concept itself, a mark built around arrival or a landing point feels distinctive and reads clean at 16px. Happy to explore 3-4 minimalist directions pulling colors and type straight from your current site so nothing clashes. 139 reviews at 4.9 here, mostly branding and logo work. the favicon is the reason to do these two together rather than treating one as an export of the other. at sixteen pixels nothing survives except a single silhouette. no wordmark, no gradient, no fine detail. so the mark has to be designed with that constraint from the first sketch, and the full logo built outward from a shape that already works small. done the other way round, which is how it usually goes, you end up with a favicon that is a blurry initial and looks like nothing at all in a tab full of other tabs. on avoiding the generic job portal look, that comes from three things and they are always the same three: a briefcase, an upward arrow or bar chart, and a magnifying glass. i will not bring you those. i would also stay away from circuitry, nodes and brain motifs, because your domain already ends in ai and saying it twice makes a brand sound less confident, not more. one practical caution before you commit to anything: a quick search against existing marks in your category is worth doing while a change is still free. finding a conflict after the site, the app icon and the print are done is an expensive way to learn. i will look at the current site before sketching so the new mark works with what is already there, or so i can tell you plainly if it does not. do you have a colour you are committed to, and where will this appear besides the site?
