DexGrid is seeking help on its brand’s visual design. The current need is documentation of standards for the visual and communication elements of DexGrid’s brand.

Our brand is focused on a unique space which we believe requires certain past experiences and knowledge to help with. Specifically, we are looking for a designer who has in the past worked with:
· Web applications, mobile and desktop
· Billing and payment systems
· Energy and renewables
· Low income digital product users
· Incentive systems and marketplaces
Current Brand Progress:
DexGrid has already made internal efforts to build a brand, including the design system, logo, narratives concepts, etc. However, our internal team is made up of engineering and financial talent, with no professional experience on branding and design. Therefore, we are looking to provide what we have built so far as a form of inspiration and communication of core concepts but not to necessarily advocate for their continuation. We also will provide a brand strategy laying out our target users & stakeholders with our strategy for serving them.
This is a fully remote contract unless the designer happens to be located in Colombia or Puerto Rico. Therefore, the DexGrid team is looking for very clear expectations set and methods for tracking progress and quality. Our team expects this guidance to be provided before the contract is agreed to and started to ensure a streamlined and clear process for the contract duration. This is your opportunity to communicate to us what you need us to know ahead of time.
The current contract is for a maximum duration of one week of work on the branding design. However, as DexGrid expands its operations in the future, we certainly are looking to engage again if the experience provided us with the level of value we expected.
