## About the Role We are looking for an experienced **PR & Brand Growth Manager** to build and strengthen our international fashion eCommerce brand through strategic public relations, media outreach, influencer partnerships, brand collaborations, and growth marketing initiatives. **Please apply only if you have worked with international fashion, apparel, beauty, lifestyle, or eCommerce brands.** Applications without relevant international experience will not be considered. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of increasing brand awareness, securing media coverage, managing influencer campaigns, and developing partnerships that drive measurable business growth. ## Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute PR and brand growth strategies for international markets. * Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, media publications, influencers, creators, and brand partners. * Secure media coverage through digital publications, magazines, blogs, podcasts, and industry websites. * Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns with measurable ROI. * Identify and establish strategic brand partnerships and collaboration opportunities. * Prepare press releases, media kits, brand announcements, and corporate communication materials. * Manage the company's online reputation and brand image. * Coordinate product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal marketing initiatives. * Work closely with the Social Media, Creative, Performance Marketing, and Content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. * Analyze PR performance, media mentions, influencer campaign results, website traffic, and brand awareness metrics. * Research market trends, competitors, and new opportunities to accelerate brand growth. ## Requirements * Minimum 5 years of experience in PR, Brand Management, Brand Marketing, or Communications. * **Mandatory experience working with international fashion, apparel, beauty, lifestyle, or eCommerce brands.** * Strong network of media contacts, influencers, publishers, and industry professionals. * Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. * Experience managing influencer marketing campaigns and strategic partnerships. * Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and consumer behavior. * Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously. * Strong analytical and project management skills. ## Preferred Qualifications * Experience with international Shopify or DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) brands. * Experience launching or scaling brands in the US, UK, Canada, Europe, or Australia. * Existing relationships with fashion editors, media outlets, influencers, or content creators. * Knowledge of SEO and performance marketing. ## When Applying, Please Include * Links to the international brands you have worked with. * Your role and responsibilities. * PR campaigns, influencer collaborations, or brand partnership case studies. * Media publications or press coverage you have secured. * Results achieved (brand awareness, engagement, media mentions, partnerships, website traffic, revenue impact, etc.). * Your expected salary. * Your notice period. **Preference will be given to candidates who have successfully grown international fashion or eCommerce brands through PR, influencer marketing, strategic partnerships, and brand-building initiatives.**
