I need someone who is familiar with Quickbooks and is able to help manage administrative functions of the business. Necessary skills: Quick-books proficiency, book keeping experience, and the ability to issue invoices and run payroll. Bonus skills: any experience around editing documents, or even customer relationship management data entry(Hubspot or Salesforce) is a nice bonus. I estimate this to consume 2-5 hours per week but we can dial that in as we define the role better based on the specific candidates capabilities. This will be an hourly based role.
