Our Real Estate Firm is a seeking a few fluent English ghostwriter to help compose a series of "all original" educational beginners real estate E-books that will need to be eKindle formatted which will be passed along to our clients.
We are looking to add 3 "good writers" to our team; we would prefer someone to work long-term, but will consider all candidates. Your reading, communication and writing skills need to be excellent. You will need to have a background in "how to," "beginners guide" and/or "dummies" books
The first book will be a "First Time Home Buyers Guide." We will provide you most of the resources, you will read, synthesize and blend the content together creating something unique, new and different. You may need to complete your own research as well. Book should be around 18,000 - 20,000 words.
We will need to following:
1. Detailed Outline of each chapter and sub-chapters before you begin writing the book
2. Complete Each Chapter and submit for approval to ensure we are on the right track
3. We may require a blurb at the end
4. Content needs to be formatted for Kindle eReaders (including hyperlink table of contents)
5. Content will need to be 100% ORIGINAL - PLAGIARISM WILL NOT BE TOLERATED! WE DO NOT ACCEPT, NOR WILL BE PAY FOR PLAGIARISM. EVEN ONE SENTENCE FROM SOMEONE ELSES WORK WILL BE CONSIDERED A VIOLATION OF THE TERMS!
6. You will be required to sign both a non-disclose agreement as well as a 'work for hire agreement' which will transfer all rights of the book to us once you have been paid in-full. We will own all rights to the finished product. This means, we will own the byline rights, resale rights, copyrights and you will no longer be able to use the content even as a sample: this will be outlined in the 'work for hire agreement.'
We are looking to pay about $1.00 per 100 words. Please submit your price a resume, work experience and samples of "how to" "for dummies" or "beginners guide" books you have completed of at least 10,000 - 15,000 words.
Turn around time should be reasonable 4-7 days per chapter
