Hello, I am a college student finishing my computer science degree. I am hooked on this idea. I love thinking and imagining a decentralized network, but I have never had the initiative to start one. I program in Rust, but I also know C++, Python, and Go. I have a pretty good understanding of how blockchain works, but I haven't heard of the terms Web3, Smart Contracts, or the DAO architecture. I do pride myself on an ability to learn fast, and am eager to learn how "decentralized governance" works.
