Electronic Medical Records Access Control Blockchain using Hyperledger.

I need help with my college project. Our project is basically regarding accessing EMR such that whenever someone wants to access a medical record they have to take permission from hospital as well as the patient, and access ledger is then added to blockchain. The EMR is stored in off-chain in a database with hospital while only verification process takes place on-chain. The on-chain copy of the EMR is only a proxy copy having only digital signatures of Hospital and patient. The basic objective of this project is that the patient should know who is accessing his records and at what time. You will have to mine web for a EMR dataset. Also you will need to send me project files as well as installation steps so that I can myself install it on my system(I have Ubuntu 18 LTS OS). If you are located in Mumbai that would be preferable. I need this project within a week.
