Blockchain (Cardano developer) Plutus developer needed

Hi for a new project we are looking for candidates to join our DeFi project to be built on the Cardano blockchain which is currently launching its smart contract functionality. The programming language is called Plutus. Documentation can be found here: [login to view URL] It's a new language but anyone with a Haskell background should be able to pick this up relatively fast. We are looking for someone that will be emerged into this project like us, and be open for an entrepreneur approach. Payments can be in form of Crypto, Equity in the company. We currently have a well-funded software company and for this particular project, we will raise a seed round as well. We are looking for someone to join this partnership and can actively contribute to the main lead role as we grow the team. Blockchain experience/knowledge is preferred for this project.
