Cuento con un Diseño en Solidworks de un dispositivo de rehabilitación de mano 100% mecánico que ya funciona, aunque su diseño aún puede mejorar. Necesito a un diseñador biomédico capaz de revisar el prototipo y otorgar la misma prioridad a los mecanismos de seguridad, ajustes de tolerancia y a la ergonomía, pues el equipo está pensado para uso doméstico. El trabajo incluye: • Refinar los sistemas de seguridad: analizar puntos de fallo, proponer bloqueos mecánicos y documentar el cumplimiento de normas (p. ej. ISO 13485). • Optimizar la ergonomía: adaptar el producto a distintos rangos antropométricos, mejorar agarres, ángulos y confort durante sesiones prolongadas de rehabilitación en casa. • Actualizar los archivos CAD 3D y los planos técnicos listos para fabricación, usando SolidWorks • Entregar un breve informe de validación con pruebas sugeridas y criterios de aceptación. Dispongo de todo el material existente (planos, fotos y notas de pruebas previas) para que puedas partir de una base sólida y concentrarte en las mejoras. No es hacer el diseño desde 0 es con base al que tengo mejorar para que se pueda imprimir y ensamblar. Requiero saber de propuestas ideas y tambien experiencias previas de proyectos. Requiero de una persona con disponibilidad pues los ajustes deben ser desarrollados en el menor tiempo posible
