I’m expanding the RCM team at Thrive Technologies and need an experienced Medical Billing AR Caller who can step in right away, work the night shift, and keep every account fully compliant with US-healthcare regulations. Your core responsibility will be updating patient information inside our billing platform and making sure every detail you touch stands up to payer and federal guidelines. While insurance verification and follow-ups are handled by another unit, you’ll still liaise closely with them to spot any compliance gaps before they snowball. What makes you a strong fit: • 1–2 years hands-on AR calling or medical-billing experience. • Proven skill with AdvancedMD; if you also know similar systems, even better. • Clear, confident communication during real-time calls with US insurers and providers. • Willingness to work 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST, Monday through Friday. Weekends and all US holidays are yours. The role is based in Coimbatore, so you’ll have fast access to our local support team and training resources. Salary ranges from ₹20,000 to ₹23,000, strictly commensurate with your experience and readiness to join immediately.
