Design for LinkedIn background

Job Description:
I've had difficulty trying to find an attractive photo/image online that represents my personal values/brand for my LinkedIn banner/background. I am a financial adviser supporting high net worth individuals working for a large organisation so it needs to be professional and classy. My next career goal is to transition into management. I am looking for images that represent: planting the seeds of success (both in terms of career but also for clients in terms of growing their wealth over time through investing), building a brighter future, collaboration, bringing a team together to succeed, trailblazer/stewardship, helping others succeed. Another possible angle could be my international background having lived in London, Paris and Prague. Essentially I need someone to create/find an attractive image that reflects my values or sector and resonates with me and potential employers.
The issue I've primarily had so far is that none of the images really fit the size of the LinkedIn banner dimensions so they look bizarrely cropped which results in the image not having the impact it's supposed to. I'm just about to update my LinkedIn profile quite considerably so I need the background/banner to be appropriate for my updated marketing strategy.
