Senior Sales Professional (Staffing)

This project centres on expanding out staffing and recruiting arm by securing brand-new client accounts and guiding them smoothly from first contact through contractual onboarding. You will own the entire sales cycle—prospecting, qualification, discovery calls, negotiation, and hand-off to delivery—while working fully remote and on a performance-based commission structure. Although I also sell IT & ERP projects, subscription products, and digital-marketing retainers, immediate priority lies in winning fresh staffing clients. Expect to engage decision-makers in HR, talent acquisition, and department leadership, tailoring value propositions to each organization’s pain points and hiring road-map. Warm leads are limited; the role rewards proactive hunting via LinkedIn, industry forums, cold outreach, and your existing network. Deliverables: • A steady weekly pipeline of qualified prospects. • Signed service agreements with new staffing & recruiting clients (target metrics set collaboratively) • Accurate forecasting and regular progress updates, including obstacles and support needed Success Criteria: Deals are considered closed when MSA are executed and the client is successfully introduced to our delivery team for their first requisition.
