Independent Sales Closer / Client Acquisition Specialist – Digital Services for Service-Based Businesses What I need done: I run a digital agency in Malaysia providing websites, SEO, and monthly automation subscriptions (including AI receptionists, booking systems, and lead follow-up automation) to service-based businesses — gyms, F&B, clinics, salons, professional services, and more. I'm looking for a self-driven sales professional who can independently find, contact, and close new clients on an ongoing basis. Target: Minimum 10 new signed clients per week. What you'll be selling: Website design + SEO packages Monthly automation subscriptions (AI receptionist, booking/lead follow-up, review & renewal automations) Industries: Open to all service-based industries — gyms, F&B, clinics, salons, law firms, real estate, education centers, and similar. Not limited to one niche. Who this is for: This role is fully independent — you will be responsible for sourcing your own leads (cold outreach, calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, or your own proven methods) and closing deals from start to finish. This is not a role where leads are handed to you. You must be comfortable building your own pipeline from scratch and managing it end-to-end. Note: I am scaling delivery capacity as sales come in — as client volume grows, I will bring on additional team members to handle production (design, SEO, automation build-out), so your job is purely to bring in and close clients, not deliver the work. Compensation: 100% performance-based. This is a commission-only role — there is no fixed salary. Earnings are directly tied to results: hitting the target of at least 10 signed clients per week is what brings you to approximately RM12,000/month. Bringing in fewer clients means earning proportionally less; there is no cap on the upside if you exceed the target. Please only apply if you're comfortable with a fully commission-based structure.
