Performance-Based B2B Sales Freelancer for AI SaaS – Retail & E-commerce

CosmiRoNex AI is looking for a performance-driven B2B sales freelancer to help us acquire pilot and paying customers from the retail, showroom, e-commerce and D2C sectors in India. Our AI sales-assistant platform is live and demo-ready. We provide product training, landing pages, brochures, demonstration videos, demo accounts and founder-led support during qualified customer meetings. This is a performance-based opportunity. There is no fixed salary, hourly payment or monthly retainer. About the Products 1. Website AI Sales Assistant An AI-powered website assistant for e-commerce businesses, D2C brands and companies with an online product catalogue. It helps website visitors: - Ask product-related questions - Discover suitable products - Compare available options - Receive recommendations - Communicate through multilingual chat - Share their contact details and buying interest 2. QR-Based AI Sales Assistant Customers can scan a QR code inside a retail store or showroom and interact with an AI assistant without downloading an application. It helps customers: - Explore available products - Ask questions - Compare alternatives - Receive multilingual assistance - Register their interest for follow-up Suitable customer segments include furniture, electronics, appliances, jewellery, automobile, two-wheeler, optical, mattress, home décor and other high-consideration retail businesses. Your Responsibilities The selected freelancer will be responsible for: - Identifying suitable retail, e-commerce and D2C businesses - Finding and contacting owners, founders and authorised decision-makers - Generating opportunities through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, referrals, networking or physical visits - Briefly explaining the value of CosmiRoNex AI - Booking qualified product demonstrations - Following up with interested prospects - Helping suitable customers begin a 7–14 day pilot - Supporting commercial follow-up until the customer converts to a paid plan - Maintaining accurate prospect and activity records The CosmiRoNex AI founder and product team will conduct detailed demonstrations, answer technical questions and support pilot onboarding. Performance-Based Compensation All payments will be made in Indian rupees. Qualified Pilot Activation ₹1,000 for every qualified pilot customer successfully activated. Paying Customer Conversion An additional ₹2,000 when the same pilot customer becomes a paying customer and the first payment is successfully received. Subscription Revenue Commission The freelancer will also receive: 10% of the subscription revenue actually collected from that customer during the first three paid months. Therefore, for every successfully converted customer, the freelancer can earn: - ₹1,000 after qualified pilot activation - An additional ₹2,000 after the customer makes the first successful payment - 10% of collected subscription revenue during the first three paid months What Counts as a Qualified Pilot? The ₹1,000 pilot commission will be payable only when: 1. The prospect is a genuine operating business. 2. The business belongs to an agreed target segment. 3. The lead is registered by the freelancer before outreach. 4. The prospect is not already present in our existing pipeline. 5. An owner or authorised decision-maker approves the pilot. 6. The customer completes the required onboarding. 7. The customer provides genuine product or business information. 8. The Website Widget or QR Assistant is successfully activated. 9. The solution is used in a real business environment. 10. The pilot remains active for at least seven days. 11. The customer participates in an onboarding or feedback discussion. A contact list, verbal expression of interest, scheduled meeting or product demonstration alone will not qualify as an activated pilot. What Counts as a Paying Customer? The additional ₹2,000 commission will be payable when: - The customer accepts a paid commercial plan - The first invoice is paid - The payment is successfully received and cleared by CosmiRoNex AI The 10% revenue commission will apply only to subscription revenue actually collected during the customer’s first three paid months. Taxes, refunds, cancelled payments and payment reversals will be excluded. Initial Objective The initial target is: - 5 qualified and activated pilot customers - At least 1 paying customer conversion Based on performance, the engagement may be extended towards: - 10–12 pilot customers - 1–3 paying customer conversions - A continuing sales partnership Customer quality and conversion potential are more important than submitting a large number of unqualified leads. What We Will Provide - Product training - Product demonstration videos - Marketing brochures and pitch materials - Website and landing-page links - Demo support - Founder participation in qualified meetings - Pilot onboarding and technical support - Suggested outreach messages and sales scripts - Shared lead-tracking system Preferred Freelancer Profile Applicants with experience in one or more of the following will be preferred: - B2B SaaS sales - Retail technology sales - E-commerce software sales - Cold calling - Lead generation - Appointment setting - Field sales - Business development - Channel partnerships - Digital-agency partnerships Candidates with existing relationships among retail owners, showroom owners, D2C founders, e-commerce businesses, digital agencies, POS providers or retail consultants will receive preference. Bangalore-based freelancers are preferred for physical retail outreach. Freelancers capable of remote outreach across India may also apply. Important Conditions - This is a performance-based engagement without a fixed salary or retainer. - Duplicate or previously contacted leads will not qualify. - Fake registrations, non-operational businesses and self-created pilot accounts will be rejected. - The freelancer must not make false claims or promise unapproved features, pricing or commitments. - Travel expenses will be reimbursed only when approved in writing beforehand. - Payments will be released through agreed Freelancer milestones after each result has been verified.
