We are an international exhibition stand design and construction company working with clients across Europe. We are looking for a confident and professional European client communication representative who can join video calls with potential clients and support smooth communication in English (additional European languages are a strong plus). This role is ideal for someone experienced in B2B client handling, virtual meetings, and international business communication. Key Responsibilities: • Join Zoom/Google Meet video calls with European clients • Assist in professional communication and follow-up discussions • Help explain our services in exhibition stand design & construction • Support language translation if required (Polish/German/French/Spanish etc.) • Represent our team in a polite, business-friendly manner ⸻ Requirements: • Fluent English (mandatory) • Any additional European language is a big advantage (Polish, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, etc.) • Comfortable speaking on video calls with business clients • Professional attitude and strong communication skills • Experience in B2B sales support, customer success, or client coordination preferred ⸻ Nice to Have: • Background in exhibitions, events, trade shows, or marketing services • Europe-based freelancer with understanding of local business culture ⸻ Project Details: • Part-time / freelance role • Calls scheduled weekly depending on client meetings • Long-term collaboration possible for the right candidate ⸻ To Apply, Please Share: 1.
