Full stack Kotlin engineer and Manager

I am a experience business entrepreneur, who specialises in the fintech space. I am looking for an intelligent, motivated, medium term focused Kotlin full stack engineer who wants the challenge of working alongside me to update, improve and to re-launch industry proven software that I have already used to great effect in the Australian mortgage market. The software is an integrated digital mortgage loan processing system that has been designed to process mortgage loans regulated by Australia laws. The next phase is to add a loan servicing module that will provide loan administration and core banking style functions. This software will be used by a new mortgage business that is being launched in 2026 and in the meantime will be licensed to 3rd parties. Your role will be to act as the developer, consultant and manager of the software infrastructure and as a consequence you will need to have technical, communication and strategic skills.
