Experienced Broadcast Engineer Required – Multi-Deck Routing & Mixer Integration with Tascam US-16x08

I have a radio broadcast studio in Eastbourne, East Sussex, and I’m looking for an experienced broadcast engineer to solve a persistent audio routing issue that has defeated two days of my own troubleshooting. Current Setup • Tascam US-16x08 USB Audio Interface (16-in/8-out) • Pioneer DJM-750MK2 mixer • Windows 10/11 PC running either RadioDJ or PlayoutONE (open to switching software if a better solution exists) The Problem Everything currently routes through only two faders on the DJM-750MK2. I need full, independent control of the mix. I want separate virtual decks (music players) and a dedicated jingle/carts bank to each appear on their own individual faders on the Pioneer mixer. This means: • Deck A → Fader 1 • Deck B → Fader 2 • Deck C → Fader 3 (or however many decks the software supports) • Jingles / Sweeps / FX bank → Dedicated fader(s) • Full independent level, EQ, and cue control for every element No master bus compression or shared routing – every source must be completely isolated so I have total manual mixing desk control exactly like a live club or broadcast setup. You must have hands-on, real-world experience with: • RadioDJ, PlayoutONE, or equivalent professional playout software (Sam Broadcaster, Myriad, StationPlaylist, etc. are also acceptable) • Advanced multi-channel ASIO/WDM routing on Windows • Tascam US-16x08 (or similar high-channel USB interfaces) • Pioneer DJM series mixers (especially 750MK2) You should be able to visit the studio in Eastbourne for a hands-on session (preferred) or provide remote assistance via TeamViewer/AnyDesk if you can guarantee the same result.
