I have already completed the schematic and compiled a detailed BOM for a universal vehicle body control unit. All functional requirements and mechanical dimensions are documented; what I now need is a clean, production-ready PCB layout in KiCad and a thorough design-rules check of the work I have done so far. You will have to refine the component placement for manufacturability, route the board to meet my custom spacing and width constraints, and run a full DRC report to confirm there are no violations. The board will operate in an automotive environment, so please pay attention to trace clearance around high-current paths, keep sensitive signal lines short, and respect the mounting hole pattern that interfaces with the vehicle chassis. Deliverables • Updated KiCad project (schematic + .kicad_pcb) • Pass-ready DRC report in PDF or HTML • Gerber and drill files ready for fabrication • BOM synced with the final layout and any footprint changes I will supply the current files, mechanical outlines, and the exact clearance rules on award. Feel free to suggest minor tweaks if they improve manufacturability or cost without compromising the design intent.
