Job Title Automobile Engineer Needed – Automotive Horn Technology Specialist Project Description We are looking for an experienced Automotive Engineer specializing in Horn Technology to assist with the design, testing, and optimization of vehicle acoustic alerting systems. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in automotive acoustics, electromagnetic/piezoelectric sound generation, and compliance with international automotive sound standards (e.g., ISO, SAE, ECE). Key Responsibilities Analyze, optimize, or troubleshoot vehicle horn acoustic performance (frequency, decibel levels, tone clarity). Provide engineering recommendations on component materials, diaphragm design, and electromagnetic coil configurations. Ensure horn designs meet safety regulations and sound level requirements (e.g., ECE R28, SAE J377). Review technical drawings, CAD models, or test reports to resolve performance or reliability issues. Required Skills & Experience Degree in Automotive, Mechanical, Electrical, or Acoustical Engineering. Proven experience in automotive sound design, horn manufacturing, or acoustic engineering. Strong understanding of sound pressure levels (SPL), NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness), and signal processing. Familiarity with industry standards for automotive warning devices.
