Siemens & Codesys Line Setup

A brand-new manufacturing line is ready for its controls layer and I want it built on a solid mix of Siemens PLCs, the CODESYS environment, and Turck Multiprox remote I/O. The job spans three clear areas: • Programming & configuration – write clean, well-documented PLC logic, configure HMI screens, and set up all Turck Multiprox modules so every sensor and actuator reports correctly. • System integration – connect the controls package to drives, safety devices, and the plant SCADA, verifying communication across Profinet/Modbus as required. • Troubleshooting & maintenance support – stay available during commissioning to iron out any start-up issues and create a short preventive-maintenance guide for on-site technicians. Because this is a completely new setup, you’ll be working with a blank slate: freshly installed cabinets, untouched firmware, and machinery that has yet to see its first workpiece. Clear documentation, version-controlled project files, and tested backups are expected as part of hand-over. If you are fluent in TIA Portal, CODESYS v3, and Turck’s PFC gateway configuration tools—and have proven experience bringing manufacturing machinery online—let’s get this line running.
