Hello, The thing to get right first is that Marketing Cloud Next is not the classic Marketing Cloud with a new coat of paint. It is rebuilt on the Salesforce core platform and Data Cloud, so the data model, segmentation, and flows work differently from the old Studios. This matters for how we learn: in Next the email send is downstream of the data. Most people jump straight to building an email and get stuck because the data was not set up right. So I'd start with the data layer, how records land, unify, and become a segment, then move into email. Once that clicks, the rest goes much faster. Second, real practice needs your own environment. Watching me is not enough to retain it, so each concept comes with a small exercise you run in the org between sessions, using sample data we prepare together. You break it, you fix it, and it sticks. On format, I'd run short live sessions in a fixed shape: I demonstrate a concept in a real Next environment, you repeat it while I watch, then you get a take-home exercise. Every session is recorded, and you get a quick-reference sheet per topic. If you are coming from classic Marketing Cloud, I'd add a sheet mapping the old terms to their Next equivalents, since that is where people get confused.
