Unique Use Case 1. The resort is a condominium complex with individually owned units, creating a complex operational environment. 2. Some units are managed directly by their owners, while others are managed by professional vacation rental companies or licensed hotel operators. 3. The system must allow role-based access, ensuring each owner or manager can only manage the units assigned to them. 4. Administrative staff must be able to oversee all units and generate comprehensive occupancy and usage reports. Note: This mixed ownership and management structure makes flexibility and security key components of the build. Key Requirements Owner & Manager Portal 2. Customizable templates for generated documents and notifications. Reporting 1. Real-time occupancy and unit usage reports for resort staff. 2. Exportable data for administrative reporting and auditing. 3. Filters by unit, owner, management company, or date range. Administrative Features 1. Full admin controls to manage user permissions and guest records. 2. Audit trail for all submissions and edits. 3. Dashboard with occupancy snapshots and resource utilization. Technical Requirements 1. Built on Microsoft Power Apps, integrated with Power Automate for workflow automation. 2. Data stored securely in Microsoft Dataverse or a similar approved environment. 3.
