Patroni Cluster Restart Automation

To prepare scripts to automate the Patroni cluster activities required during OS restarts. The scripts should cover the following two scenarios Scenario 1: Patroni service stop/start Before OS stop, the script should: Check the current Patroni cluster status. Stop and disable the Patroni service on the node being patched. Capture the command output and service status in a log file. After OS restart, the script should: Enable and start the Patroni service. Verify that the node has successfully rejoined the three-node Patroni cluster. Capture the Patroni service status, cluster status, and validation results in the log file. Scenario 2: Patroni pause/resume
