You already said the layout exists, so I am only looking at the save. Point Save Records as PDF at the found set and you get one PDF with every certificate in it. You want one file per record, named from the two fields, for batches up to 200, without a dialog each time. I will write the script on the table that certificate layout uses. Each pass saves the current record only, names the file from those two fields, and strips characters Windows and Mac reject in a path. If two records share the same pair, the second file replaces the first, so I add the record id when the pair is not unique. It runs in FileMaker Pro 19. On the server, Perform Script on Server will not save anything, that step is client only. I can have the steps ready to paste into Script Workspace today for 95 USD. You try a few records, and if a name comes out wrong I fix the script before the full batch. Are you running this in FileMaker Pro on a desktop, or does it have to run on the server?
