You listed ten office functions and Client/Vendor plus Accounting twice. That usually means the pain is everywhere, not that you need ten separate bots. The risk is sales quoting stock that accounts never sees, and production moving material that sales already promised. The hard part is not the bots. It is one product, stock, and money record that quotations, warehouse, and accounts all write to. Separate bots on Excel or three different tools look busy in week one and fight each other in week three. I would not build the full list against this budget. First I would take the one daily flow that currently breaks (most factory offices it is quotation against live stock, or stock against accounts) and ship that on a shared product database so the next module plugs in instead of starting over. I can put a working sample of that first flow in front of you this week. What are stock and accounts running on today: Tally, Excel, or mostly paper? That one answer decides connecting what you already use versus a new system, and which of those this budget actually covers.

With that settled, the automation itself is straightforward and I would sequence it by where your time actually goes now. Usually that is quotations and stock: quotations because they are repetitive and error-prone, stock because it drifts silently and is expensive when wrong. Lead generation I would separate from the rest, since it is a different kind of problem and the term covers a lot - worth defining what you mean before it gets built.
