The Gmail API with OAuth does not need your password at all, and you can revoke my access with one click. I build the second one. How it runs: on a schedule, it reads only new messages since the last run, pulls out the fields you name, deduplicates against what is already in the sheet, and appends. Rerunning it never duplicates a row, which is the bit most scripts get wrong. Honest limit: I can only extract reliably where the emails have a predictable shape. If they are free-form messages from many senders, accuracy drops and you will want a review column rather than blind trust.
