Automate Chrome Profile Cookie Export

I manage about 700 separate Facebook accounts, each isolated in its own Chrome profile on a single Windows PC. I need a streamlined way to pull the full cookie set from every profile. I found a chrome extension, but i don´t want to install the extension 700 times. i can not login with other browser / automaticly with email/password, because then the accounts get blocked (or i need to solve a captcha) I´m searching in the web and someone told me, that it can work this way: - Create a website with a code - Only visit the website with the profiles - The cookies will export automaticly Is that possible / working ?
