Emergency vehicle access, worker evacuation and public emergency arrangements. Construction work planned around peak travel periods, rail possessions, night work or temporary station closures. Explanation of how station services and emergency access will be maintained. Detailed justification explaining how each stage will function safely and efficiently. Presentation 2 deliverables: Professional and technically annotated PowerPoint slides for the Site Manager section. Fully developed Hornsby Station site logistics plan. Multiple construction-staging plans showing how the site changes between stages. Site BIM model showing crane zones, traffic layouts, temporary works, staging areas, risk zones and exclusion zones. Detailed construction-methodology content. Safety in Design checklist. Detailed risk register covering live-rail, worker and public-safety risks. Speaker notes or a presentation script. All editable Civil 3D, InfraWorks and PowerPoint files. High-resolution images and diagrams for inclusion in the group presentation. Work-in-progress screenshots demonstrating how the Autodesk models were developed. A short handover explaining the models, decisions and presentation content. Quality Requirements The work must be: Based specifically on Hornsby Train Station and its real surroundings. Suitable for an Australian and NSW construction context. Technically realistic and appropriate for a Tier 2 construction company. Consistent with Safe Work Australia, Safety in Design and relevant TfNSW live-rail requirements. Visually professional and suitable for a High Distinction-level submission. Fully editable for integration into the group presentations. Properly referenced using credible Australian sources. Coordinated with information provided by the Design Manager, Project Manager and Compliance Officer. Supported by genuine Autodesk models and evidence of the development process. Please do not apply if you intend to provide generic site plans or AI-generated written content without completing the required Civil 3D and InfraWorks modelling.
