Vectorworks or Sketchup CAD project

We have a Vectorworks design called M19083_victoria point_DD_Landscape_DXf , Which we need to be edited on every single page so that the new design is matching the adjusted Architectural drawings_victoria point cloud “Red Bubble comments”.
I have also attached T2-01-Vic Point which has the existing topography and survey, it also shows the heights of the new concrete insitu walls. Please use this as a reference.
Alternatively you could rebuild the whole design on sketchup as per Architectural drawings_victoria point cloud. And just submit us the .skp.
