Structural Stamp & Calculations Northeast

I’m a PV developer working across the Northeast and need a licensed structural engineer who can turn my hand-drawn sketches and legacy plan sets into stamped call letters and calculation packages, quickly and accurately. You’ll receive sketches at three points—initial design, alteration rounds, and final verification—and will be asked to translate them into professional drawings that satisfy the local AHJ. The typical scope involves beam adjustments and column replacements, always driven by higher load demands, specific material requirements, and full compliance with state and municipal codes. For every site, I’ll release a milestone, expect a first revision back inside the timeline we agree on, and iterate until the package is permit-ready. Deliverables per project • Signed & sealed structural call letter or drawing set (PDF + source file) • Complete load calculations supporting each change • One included revision; further iterations billed separately Reply with your current PE licenses and soonest start date so I can send over the first roof.
