Key Requirements: - The roofing material will be asphalt shingles, so the plan should accommodate this. - The plan must clearly detail support beam locations and include a rafter design. - There's no need to account for specific architectural features such as dormers, skylights, or chimneys in this task. -we are not using the chimney!
