Structural Design Report - Portal Steel Framed Building

I need an engineer to produce a structural design report for a portal steel frame building. This should include drawings and specifications that can then be given to a steel fabrication company to manufacture this building.
I want to build a large shed measuring 26M x 4.5M in area with eaves height being 3.5M and ridge height of 4M. I have basic designs (see attached) which were used to obtain planning permission but now need to produce detailed specifications.
I will only be interested in bids from those who have experience of this type of work and I will want to see examples.
