NYC Mechanical Drafting – Ductless Mini-Split HVAC (4 Floors + Penthouse) We are seeking an experienced mechanical drafter to prepare NYC DOB-ready mechanical drawings for a ductless mini-split heat & air conditioning system in a multi-story NYC townhouse. This is a defined drafting assignment, not system design from scratch. Project intent, routing strategy, and unit locations are clearly documented. Purpose: General context. Confirms townhouse type and party-wall condition. E-02 Front penthouse roof with existing Servel unit. Purpose: Existing equipment to be removed; location for new outdoor ductless units. E-03 Broader view of front penthouse roof. Purpose: Shows available roof area and access. E-04 Close-up of Servel unit to be removed. Purpose: Confirms removal scope. E-05 Front penthouse windows. Purpose: Documents glazing and orientation. E-06 Alternate front roof view. Purpose: Additional context for condenser placement. E-07 Rear of penthouse. Purpose: Context only; no outdoor equipment proposed here. E-08 Rear of penthouse – potential future expansion area.
