Need a Bangladeshi architecture to redesign the existing typical floor plan and special 2D-floor plans for the 1st and 2nd floors as a duplex. Must include an Electric wiring plan.

I'm looking for a Bangladeshi architect who can redesign my existing typical floor plan into a modern duplex. This project will require the creation of special 2D-floor plans for the 1st and 2nd floors, with the 1st floor primarily serving as the living area, kitchen, office, 2 mastered room. including 3 bathroom. Total area 1560-/+ sqft MUST READ: ** Ground floor already built on mockup sample attached. You have to keep note position of waste lines of the 1st floor to the ground floor as you have to cover/hide them from the 1st floor. Bathroom and kitchen from 1st floor can be similar positioned to ground floor. ** 1st and 2nd floor half duplex required in 2D design with discussions. ** 3rd, 4th and roof floor will use typical plans which you redesign based on the duplex flat to hide/cover waste lines inside the room. ** Roof and front evolution design required. ** Electric plan required for 1st to the roof plans floor. Key Requirements: - Redesign of typical floor plan into a modern style duplex. - Multiple bedrooms should be included in the design. - Creation of detailed 2D-floor plans for both the 1st and 2nd floors. 2D plan not required for typical common floors. - Comprehensive electric wiring plans for all floors. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proven experience in modern architectural design. - Proficiency in creating detailed 2D-floor plans. - Prior work involving electric wiring plans. - Strong understanding of duplex design principles. I have included existing typical floor plans along with corrections to the existing ground plan and how its built at present, edits marked in colors.
