The logo must simultaneously include the following four elements in a single, cohesive geometric mark: 1. Part of a ship propeller (e.g., visible three blades, stylized as a mechanical/engineering element) 2. A wave (stylized, geometric wave – not organic/curvy unless integrated with precision) 3. The 3 letters (XYZ) – integrated into the logo, not just a separate font 4. The full text “Ship Management” – with the M and the two E’s visually combined (e.g., M shares strokes with both E’s) Overall Style Requirements • Geometric & engineering-focused – The design must look like it came from a technical drawing, blueprint, or mechanical CAD model. • Proof of engineering – Use of straight lines, arcs, isometric hints, or structural intersections. • Color – To be discussed after sketch approval. Revisions & Deliverables • Unlimited revisions – Both during sketch phase and after finalization. • Preferred software – AutoCAD (or precise vector software like Illustrator/Inkscape if AutoCAD is not possible – but geometry must be exact). • Final deliverables – Editable source file (AutoCAD, AI, or SVG), high-res PNG, JPG, transparent background version. Copyright Ownership • Upon full payment, all rights, title, and interest in the final logo (including sketches, drafts, and final files) are solely owned by us (the client). • Designer waives all moral rights and may not reuse, resell, or display the logo in any portfolio without our explicit written permission. • A signed work-for-hire / copyright assignment agreement will be provided before final payment.
