I need a full set of updated mechanical shop drawings for the LMCC Depot that reflects the most recent design revisions. I will supply the previous design drawings and all manufacturer equipment specifications so you can integrate the latest fan-coil unit selections, revised ductwork sizing and layouts, hydronic piping sizing/routing, plus valves, fittings and associated piping details. The plant-room layout is already locked in, so you can exclude that portion. The final package should follow accepted industry-standard guidelines and be issued in PDF format. If you want to work in AutoCAD or BIM along the way that is fine, but the signed-off deliverable must be PDF. Please let me know: • Your fixed price for the complete set • A realistic timeframe (calendar days) from notice-to-proceed to final PDFs • Any additional information you still need before starting I will coordinate with the electrical team and forward anything relevant for clash detection once you are underway.

With a deep understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems (MEP) coupled with my proficiency in AutoCAD and strong drafting skills, I am confident in delivering an exceptional service for your project. I have a keen eye for detail, which is a critical requisite when updating existing designs to accurately reflect recent revisions. Over the years, I have honed my ability to seamlessly integrate new equipment selections and layout changes without compromising on functionality or design standards. I offer more than just design; I provide well-founded expertise in calculations too. As such, revisions like revised ductwork sizing, hydronic piping sizing/routing, valves fittings and associated piping details would be executed with precision based on the most recent design data you provide. This proficiency in calculations and MEP system design has proven effective in ensuring that systems operate efficiently while meeting regulatory standards - an attribute which will be key in completing this project. Additionally, my adeptness in BIM modeling emphasizes my knack for coordination among various teams. Given your need to coordinate with the electrical team, my knowledge in clash detection will be beneficial to both parties. The benefits of the coordination do not end there—it extends to reduced rework ultimately saving time and resources. Lastly, I can deliver the final package as agreed in industry-standard PDF format

Integrating the latest fan-coil unit selections and revised ductwork sizing and layouts while also incorporating hydronic piping sizing/routing, plus valves, fittings and associated piping details, is the hardest part of this job. I will use AutoCAD to build these updated mechanical shop drawings. I will start with the ductwork layouts and sizing, then move to the hydronic piping, so that the main distribution systems are established first, and then the smaller valve and fitting details can be placed accurately. The plant-room layout is excluded as stated. The final package will be issued in PDF format, following industry-standard guidelines. What is the desired revision cycle for these drawings before final PDF issuance? Preferred Freelancer here, and I have not missed a deadline or gone over an agreed price yet. I propose a short call on Freelancer to settle the scope, covering the exact deliverable PDF page count and the specific CAD file naming convention.
