Drafting specialist with construction expertise needed for plans for a full remodel for 2 residences

I need a full set of professional plans (Architectural, Structural, Plumbing, and Electrical) for two vacation homes. Plans must adhere to local building code (Rockland County, NY)
and be submittal ready.
For both homes, I will provide the following:
- 2D floor plans with current home measurements
- Pictures of existing structure and interior conditions
- 2D floor plans with desired additions and layout
- Structural engineering considerations, beam sizing, and placement (will need structural details and callouts)
- Architectural finishes (interior and exterior)
Information and details for the two vacation homes:
- Homes are adjacent but do not need to have a similar look/feel/style
- Both homes built into the side of a hill
- Both homes have a river view and sit on approximately half an acre
- Both homes require a sewage pump

- Built in 1950s, original layout and materials remain.
- Currently 528 sqft with an unfinished basement (1 bedroom, 1 bathroom)
- Remodel will be approximately 1380 sqft (3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms)
- Remodel will include a complete buildout of the basement (detail to ensure basement will be considered livable space)
- Remodel will steepen roof pitch and rafter framing details needed to accommodate for second floor living space
- Structural detail necessary for load-bearing walls and columns
Home #44:
- Build in 1950s, some renovation underway
- Currently 604 sqft (Studio, 1 bathroom)
- Remodel will be approximately 825 sqft (1 bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms)
- Remodel will include a lower level bedroom and bathroom addition that supports a new deck
- Lower level addition will require detail and callouts for foundation/slab on grade
