I have a residential subdivision on flat ground covering a little over five acres, and I need a full grading and stormwater management package built entirely in AutoCAD Civil 3D. The final set must be permit-ready, with every surface, alignment, and pipe network cleanly organized so my reviewing agency can walk through the model without extra explanations. Scope • Generate the existing and proposed ground surfaces, spot elevations, slopes, and any required cut-fill analysis. • Lay out drainage channels sized for local design storms and connect them to properly engineered retention / detention ponds. Outlet structures, emergency spillways, and low-flow details should all meet standard hydrologic criteria. • Produce plan, profile, and detail sheets formatted to the title block I’ll provide. • Include a concise hydrology/hydraulic report (rational or NRCS methods are fine) that documents assumptions, storm event models, pond routing, and stage-storage tables. • Deliver the Civil 3D model (DWG with referenced data shortcuts), PDF plan set, and the supporting calculations in a single submittal folder. Acceptance criteria 1. Model opens in Civil 3D 2023 without proxy warnings. 2. Earthwork volumes, pond sizing, and pipe capacities tie back to values shown in the report. 3. Sheet set is printable at 24 ″ × 36 ″ with no missing fonts or xrefs.
