Hi there, Playground equipment certification requires accurate structural calculations, code compliance, and practical engineering judgment to ensure safety under static and dynamic loading. I can provide detailed structural calculations, design verification, and engineering support for your playground equipment in accordance with the applicable standards and project requirements. I have extensive experience performing structural FEA, hand calculations, and design validation for fabricated steel structures, welded assemblies, and mechanical systems. I can deliver calculation reports, load assessments, connection checks, foundation reactions (if required), CAD review, and design recommendations to support certification and approval. Timeline: Can be finalized after reviewing the drawings and applicable design standards. Budget: Flexible based on the project scope. One question: Which country's standard and Chartered Engineer certification is required (e.g., EN 1176, AS/NZS 4685, ASTM/CPSC), and is a locally registered Chartered Engineer mandatory for signing the calculations? Best regards, Arati M.

I am a Mechanical Engineer by profession and have been working in the engineering industry since 2024. After completing my degree, I co-founded Serko Engineering with my business partner to provide specialized engineering simulation and product development services to clients worldwide. Since then, I have worked on a wide range of mechanical and structural engineering projects involving steel structures, product design validation, finite element analysis (FEA), computational fluid dynamics (CFD), thermal analysis, and multiphysics simulations. I am experienced with ANSYS, COMSOL Multiphysics, SolidWorks, helping manufacturers optimize designs, reduce failure risks, and improve product performance before production. I enjoy collaborating with clients throughout the product development process—from concept evaluation and engineering calculations to design optimization and technical reporting. My goal is to deliver practical, reliable engineering solutions while building long-term relationships based on quality, communication, and trust.
