AutoCAD tips and tricks teaching for team member

Job Description:
We have a business that sells pergolas (shade structures) online and have increasingly needed to utilize AutoCAD for our customers. Our team member is capable of some basic AutoCAD manipulation but has not had any formal training and less than 1 year of experience in the program. I'd like to pay someone to do a screen share with her and show her how to accomplish some desired alterations on already-finished CADs.
I envision starting with a one hour screen share and seeing how many of the items (listed below) you can get through. If it takes more than one hour I'm more than happy to pay the same amount. To be clear - you are bidding for ONE HOUR of your time on this initial bid. We will need someone who speaks clear and fluent English for this 'training' to be successful.

How do I change the Cap Style for the designer end caps?
Change the DEPTH/WIDTH of the shade structures efficiently?
Add posts to already completed modern-style pergola CADs.
Remove Rafters (structural profiles) or Purlins (shade pieces) on the modern style pergola CADs.
How do I make the pergola go from attached to freestanding (add in beam and two posts)
How do you make a rounded edge looking pergola (some rafters shorter on outside, longer on inside)
How do you make arbor-style pergola from an already completed freestanding 4-post pergola CAD? Arbor-style is a very small two-post version of the current 4-post version.

How do you edit a "group"? How do you ungroup?
What is a rotated dimension?

What is layer properties and how do you edit those layers?

Can/should editing be done in the model tab only? Will it update if done on the other tabs (plan) (front n Side)?
