Below RFQ for the "KH vaults 3d and fab drawings" project

Please send the mockup along with the price ( either lump sum or per fabrication drawing ) along with how many will you be able to submit per day no later than Monday the 1st of March end of working day.

About Project:

Vault fabrication drawings for a fast track 6 Stars hotel based in Doha Qatar, we have done already the 18 floor, below is a link for all 18th floor submittals should you need to review it

Scope of Work:

Drafting company will generate fabrication drawings for 126 rooms, each room is expected to have :

1- Sections for vaults on A0 size paper ( approximately from 2 to 5 depending for on room size/design )

CHECK ATTACHMENT [1. A0 CUT SHEET ]

2- Key Plan

CHECK ATTACHMENT [2. FAB [login to view URL] & [login to view URL]]

3- 3D model for surface finish only

CHECK ATTACHMENT [3. 18TH FLOOR [login to view URL] & 3D MODEL FOR 18TH FLOOR.3DM ]

Requirements:

-Proficiency in Autocad

-Proficiency in Rhinoceros

-Expert in speaking English ( coordinator )

-at least a team of 2 to 4 people using rhino + a coordinator / team leader [ he/she can be part of the team no issue ]

Project Period: 3 to 4 weeks Fabrication drawings generation and coordination

Expected starting date: March 6th 2021

Daily Target: not less than 6 rooms per day

(expected work per each room is 3 hours)

Total # of sheets: A0 sheets TBC

MOCKUP TRIAL ( mandatory ):

Review attachment 4 and create a fabrication drawing and a model for whichever room you choose in the 19th floor:

1- IMAR SD DRYWALL:

you will use this folder to pick the plan of the room you will choose to make, you will follow the lines of the vault from that plan.

2- IMAR SD ELEVATIONS:

you will use this to extract the curves for the vault and to determine their heights. After picking the curves you will copy them to Rhino, then adjust the curves in rhino space to create the vault edges with reference to the plan. After that you will create the fabrication drawings
