Architect for Permitting & Electrical Design

I need an architect to guide me through the permitting process and assist with the electrical design of my project. The design is already close to completion, but I need help with the electrical, HVAC, plumbing and foundation design, with a focus on the plumbing. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with the electrical design, specifically for lighting and power distribution - Ensure all designs meet necessary safety and regulatory requirements - Help navigate the permitting process and communicate with state regulators - Provide guidance on HVAC and plumbing design as needed Ideal Skills and Experience: - Extensive experience in architectural design and permitting - Expertise in electrical design, particularly for lighting and power distribution - Knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems - Excellent communication skills for liaising with state regulators - Familiarity with standard design solutions The project involves a commercial building.
