I am finishing an AR-driven Flutter app that lets users explore the cultural and historical treasures of Anuradhapura. To complete the experience I need accurate, low-poly 3D reconstructions of key temples and statues, built in Blender and delivered ready for real-time use on both ARCore and ARKit. What I will provide • Photographs, sketches, and written references for each monument • Naming conventions, scale guidelines, and any Unity/SceneKit import requirements What I need from you • Seamlessly optimised models in GLB, GLTF, and USDZ with baked PBR textures (2K or lower, depending on asset size) • Polygon counts and draw-call budgets that keep frame-rates stable on mid-range Android and iOS devices • UV-unwrapped meshes with logical material separation for future updates • A short note for each asset explaining design choices and any creative interpretation taken Scope The exact asset count is still open—once we talk through your estimate we will lock down which temples and statues appear in the initial release. Additional pieces can become follow-up milestones if both sides are happy. Acceptance criteria • Imports without warnings into our test scenes on a Pixel 6 (ARCore) and iPhone 13 (ARKit) • Visual fidelity matches the photographic references within agreed poly and texture budgets • All files, textures, and documentation delivered via our shared drive by the agreed deadline Clear, timely communication is essential; I prefer quick check-ins and early viewport previews so we can spot issues before texturing.
