I head an audit vendor firm that specialises in retail-store inventory counts and we are scaling fast. Projects now span North, South and West India, so I am onboarding dependable auditors and small teams who can work the usual 10 PM–6 AM shift, scan barcodes with our Android app, and reconcile stock on the spot. What the job involves day-to-day • Reach the assigned store on time, complete a full physical count with the handheld scanner and our SKU list. • Log every variance, discuss it briefly with store staff, then upload the signed discrepancy sheet, barcode file (.csv) and time-stamped photos before 7 AM. • Maintain at least 99.5 % SKU-to-system match accuracy; this is the acceptance threshold for payment release.
