I need a licensed Commissaire aux Comptes to carry out the statutory audit of our French-registered company for the most recent fiscal year and provide the signed audit report that must accompany our annual accounts filing. All underlying ledgers, trial balances, supporting schedules, and board minutes are already compiled and can be shared immediately in electronic format. Because only one year is involved, the engagement is limited in scope: perform the legally required audit procedures, issue the rapport général and, if applicable, the rapport spécial, then deliver the signed opinion in a form accepted by the Greffe.
