US CPA for Tech Compliance Audit

I need a licensed, U-S–based CPA to conduct a full compliance audit for a technology company. This is strictly an audit/assurance engagement—not tax prep or financial-planning work. The scope centers on confirming that our internal controls and reporting meet all required federal and state regulations for tech firms, as well as generally accepted auditing standards (GAAS) and U.S. GAAP. Key points • Audit type: Compliance audit, limited to the current fiscal year • Industry: Technology (software-as-a-service, cloud hosting) • Records: General ledger in QuickBooks Online, sub-ledgers in NetSuite, SOC 2 reports, and supporting source documents are ready in a secure SharePoint drive. • Access: Remote access to documentation and a dedicated point of contact from finance and engineering will be provided. Deliverables 1. Signed auditor’s report expressing your opinion on our compliance status 2. Management letter outlining any control weaknesses and recommended remediation steps 3. Work-paper package (editable) supporting your conclusions Acceptance criteria – Findings reconcile with provided trial balance figures – Opinion letter follows AICPA formatting and references relevant standards – All noted exceptions include verifiable evidence and suggested fixes Timing is flexible but I would like fieldwork to start within three weeks of contract award and the final report no later than eight weeks after kickoff.
