The ideal candidate will have experience working in a start-up or small company as the main IT Support Engineer. This person must be an adaptable, creative problem solver who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience with Apple hardware and desktop support
Experience with Zendesk ticketing or similar ticketing system
Experience with Google Admin (Calendars, Email, Drive) required
Experience with Slack Admin required
General knowledge of Audio/Video systems required
General knowledge of wired and wireless networking fundamentals
Experience working at a small/medium sized startup or tech company required
Experience with Zoom Rooms conference systems required
Experience with Meraki wireless systems
Knowledge of Cisco Catalyst switches
