PIC microprocessor to 128 x 64 bit LCD

We are seeing a very experienced Pic programmer to program a PIC in CCS C that will display

2 x 10 lines of graphics characters Sounds simple, but there is a catch

You will use a small PIC , an EEPROM

and implement 2 Character sets ..

a) English ( default )

b) A User selectable set of either , Chinese (Phonetic )Arabic , Japanese , Korean , Thai , etc.. BUT only one loaded in the eeprom

The PIC will communicate to the display by // or SPI, a user will communicate to the PIC by a UART and serial commands (defined in a later document)

Full Documentation will be supplied ( no room on GAF to upload )

Sample PCB and LCD to be supplied, so you must be able to receive goods easily via customs. You will also be required to build PC software to convert the Character set to a hex file for the PIC to use

I understand this project will require more explanation , but I will chat to those that seem to have a grasp on this in the PMB and then on skype.

Payment will be by stages .. and documentation is a must

Stage 1 - CCT design ( we build and ship to you )

Stage 2 - Display English on the screen - finished product HW wise

Stage 3 - Create Character sets(Windows Unicode Preferred )

This involves PC software we prefer Delphi V7 +

Stage 4 - Implement upload of secondary character set via UART

to display EEPROM with command to swap character sets.

Much of this will be left to you to define in stage 1
