The brief is straightforward: • Capture the full flow of the day, with particular focus on speeches and presentations, informal networking sessions, and our awards segment. • Edit the footage into a dynamic highlight film that feels cinematic while still staying true to the professionalism of the brand. Supplementary raw footage of each segment should also be delivered for our internal archive. • Audio from podium mics and ambient reactions must be clean and properly mixed. • Final deliverables: 4-6 minute highlight film (1080p or 4K), colour-graded and ready for social media, plus organised raw files on an external drive or cloud folder. Please bring the gear you trust—stabilisers, multiple cameras for cut-aways, lav mics for key speakers—and be comfortable working with available venue lighting plus any portable LEDs you may prefer.
