I need an agile, experienced video journalist who can get to a scene fast and capture broadcast-quality footage for breaking news coverage. The role is hands-on from the moment the story breaks: filming live action, grabbing spontaneous interviews, shooting cutaways for context, and filing usable footage on a tight deadline. You should feel comfortable working solo in unpredictable environments, monitoring audio levels on the fly, and framing shots that editors can turn into a clean package. If you have the capacity to do an on-site stand-up or quick voice-over, that’s a plus, but the core priority is rock-solid, steady footage and clear natural sound delivered quickly.
